Learn to:

1) Start zinnia and sunflower seeds in your own small tray to take home

2) Plant seedlings in pots

3) Transplant seedlings from trays into the earth

We will learn about seed starting and the best times of the year to plant which seeds so you can have flowers blooming in your garden from early April through October. You will leave with a small tray of seeds you planted, a seedling, and the knowledge of how to start more at home. We will take a tour of the farm and will have time of Q & A with a refreshing drink provided. How fun it will be to kick off spring with all the therapeutic benefits of digging in the soil together! A majority of the proceeds from this workshop will go to support the mothers and babies at Shiphrah Birthing Home in the Philippines.
