Powhatan, VA wedding photographer: Katie and Michael

I'll just get it out there.  Yesterday was hot!  Thankfully, Katie and Michael's wedding and reception were indoors and we only had to sweat it out for a little while for portraits!  Other than the hot weather, the rest of their wedding was a blast!  Many thanks to Maggie who came along with me since Sarah is nearly due with Davis baby #3 any time now!  As always, Maggie was a huge help. Katie and Michael's ceremony was at Red Lane Baptist Church in Powhatan.  I met Katie through Sarah's sister who went to high school with Katie.  I love having personal connections with our clients and we're blessed that every one of our weddings this year has come through word of mouth!  I have to say that their ceremony was such a sacred experience and I was truly blessed to have experienced it.  Their family and wedding party could not have been more fun and pleasant to work with!  Katie and Micheal, thanks for having us be a part of your incredibly special day!  We wish you the best as you begin your new life together.
