Family portraits in Charlottesville
In July, we had the pleasure to photograph Jenny and Travis' wedding at the UVA Chapel. It was truly one of the most fun weddings I have ever photographed. That is partly due to the fact that Jenny, Travis, and all of Jenny's family are extremely relaxed and extremely hilarious! That is why I was so excited when Jenny contacted me about doing a family portrait session while they were in town visiting last weekend! We don't get around to doing as many family portraits as we used to, and I don't always post family portraits here on the wedding blog, but I had to share a few from our time together on Saturday because this was seriously the most fun I've ever had out on a portrait shoot! I met up at the Saunders-Monticello Trail with Jenny, Travis, Jenny's parents, and Jenny's brother and his family. We walked the trail, enjoyed the cool fall weather, and indulged in a game of mini-baseball! I was excited at the end when Jenny told me she hopes to come back down for a visit in the future for a trash the dress session! I can't wait!
